If something does not work, contact our support team first on WhatsApp (+44 7413 087707) or by email (info@flixora.us). Most issues are solved quickly with the right app or settings.
When a refund may be given
- We are unable to activate your subscription.
- A technical problem on our side cannot be fixed by our support team.
Requests are reviewed case by case. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
When a refund is not given
- Problems caused by the customer’s internet connection or device
- Subscriptions that were used normally
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service
Processing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
